Fazal is an advertising entrepreneur with expertise in developing business strategy, brand communications, advertising, digital sampling, and e-commerce. He has worked in leading global marketing and market research companies like Procter & Gamble, Abbott and Frost & Sullivan. He leads the team Opal in developing and executing consumer-focused, 360 degrees marketing solutions that help change consumers perceptions and sell products & services. Fazal writes and speaks on marketing. He loves to read and enjoys outdoors.
An award-winning Creative Director, Murali Murthy holds a Masters in Communications and has held senior positions at various agencies including JWT, TMP, Bozell and Bates in North America, Europe and Asia. Murali has over two decades of experience in brand strategy, concept development and advertising.
Murali is also an acclaimed Keynote Speaker, Transformational Mentor and Business Branding Coach. He is the Author of the Canadian Best-selling You Are HIRED! and the ACE Series of Books - The ACE Principle, The ACE Awakening and The ACE Abundance.
Samira is an award-winning script and copywriter. She has written popular ad copies, TV plays and talk shows. Her style is fusion of East & West and she portrays brand messages in light and entertaining ways that engages the audience and touches their hearts. Samira leads OPAL Creative development for South Asian market segments.
Zachary Ren has a Bachelor's degree in Advertisement and Marketing from Tongji University, China. He started his career at Saatchi & Saatchi, starting from Copywriter and moving up to Senior Creative Group Head. He has worked on the VW, J&J, Nathan, DANONE accounts and served many other Fortune 500 brands; like J&J, Pepsi; Unilever and Adidas. He won a Bronze medal in the Asia-Pacific 4A advertising festival and was a finalist in Toronto International Advertising and Interactive festival.
